Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct practical training programs for field staff
- Identify learning and development gaps at field level and implement training interventions
- Develop e-learning modules, job aids, presentations, videos, and other digital learning resources
- Create AI-powered training content and visual learning materials using modern AI tools
- Collaborate with business units and field teams to align training initiatives with operational requirements
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis
- Support monthly training and digital content development targets
- Handle DSLR camera equipment and contribute to multimedia content creation when required

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering impactful field training programs while developing engaging digital learning content, including AI-powered training materials, videos, presentations, and e-learning resources to support organizational learning and development initiatives.
Job Profile
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct practical training programs for field staff to enhance knowledge, skills, and productivity.
- Identify learning and development gaps at field level and implement appropriate training interventions.
- Develop e-learning modules, job aids, presentations, videos, and other digital learning resources.
- Create AI-powered training content and visual learning materials using modern AI tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with business units and field teams to align training initiatives with operational requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis.
- Support the achievement of monthly training and digital content development targets.
- Handle DSLR camera equipment and contribute to multimedia content creation when required.
Personal Profile
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, Education, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year's experience in training, learning & development, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of training design, facilitation, and adult learning methodologies.
- Exposure to AI tools, multimedia content development, video creation, graphic design, and Adobe applications.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging training sessions and effectively transfer knowledge.
- Strong planning, coordination, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
